Welcome to Our New Website
We’d like to welcome you to the new, redesigned California National Party website! We hope that this new layout will make it easier for you to learn more about us and find opportunities to contribute to the growth of both the party and a new form of California politics.
Among the improvements we’ve made, beyond cleaning up the interface and navigation, especially for mobile platforms, are breaking up our platform so you can more easily read sections that are of interest to you; laying out the core values of the party in a clear and concise manner; making access to events, volunteer opportunities, and the email list more explicit; and adding a registration FAQ which we hope will address many questions and concerns you might have about the results of choosing to register with the California National Party. If you have any feedback on this new website, please feel free to contact us, we’d love to hear it!
We are, however, by no means done with the upgrade to our website and in the coming weeks you’ll find here an expanded Party FAQ on such things as the underlying values of the California National Party, the reasons why we believe that independence from the United States is in the best interests of California, and what sorts of programs and policies we plan to support in the meantime to improve the lives of all Californians immediately. We will also be putting up a directory of the California National Party’s general and regional social media presence so you can more directly follow what’s going on in your area.
The planning for this year’s convention, which is to be held in late June in Los Angeles county, is well underway. We’ll be preparing for the 2020 revision of the party platform, hearing from our candidates for the Leadership Committee, and engaging in local chapter building, among other things. If you would like to participate in our platform revision, run for party office, get in touch with your local chapter if you’re not already, or have any other questions about the party, please feel free to email me at michael.loebs@californianational.party and I’ll point you in the right direction.
The need for a party that explicitly and unabashedly represents Californians and their interests only continues to grow. Our home is continually under attack by a hostile federal government, The one party domination of California has only increased and, as a result, decision making continues to move away from the voters and into the hands of an entrenched power structure backed by corporations and special interests. It is time for Californians to fight for a politics that represents them and recognizes their unique needs and identity. It is time for the California National Party.
