Petition to Involuntarily Dissolve the Corporate Charters of Tesla, Inc. and SpaceX
To: The Governor of California and the California State Legislature
We, the undersigned, hereby call upon the State of California to exercise its legal authority to involuntarily dissolve the corporate charters of Tesla, Inc. and SpaceX based on the following grounds:

Numerous reports have raised serious concerns regarding the business practices and regulatory compliance of both Tesla and SpaceX. These include labor law violations, inadequate safety measures, and failure to meet environmental regulations.
2. Public Interest and Safety: The state has a responsibility to ensure that corporate actions do not endanger the public or the environment. Tesla’s manufacturing practices have been scrutinized for their environmental impact, especially concerning battery production and waste management. Similarly, SpaceX’s launch operations contribute to potential environmental hazards, including atmospheric pollution and space debris.
3. Irresponsible Corporate Behavior: The actions of these corporations demonstrate a pattern of disregard for state regulations and ethical business practices.
